Returns and exchanges policy

We want you to be happy with your shopping experience, which is why we make hassle-free exchanges and/or returns as follows:

  • Exchanges and/or returns are accepted within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery of the product to the customer.
  • For the exchange and/or return of the product to be valid, the garment must be in perfect condition, with labels and without evidence of use.
  • You can make the exchange and/or return in person or request it virtually.

Exchange and/or return in person

  • Come with the garment in good condition to our Showroom from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm at Calle Atahualpa 210, apartment C114, Miraflores.

Virtual exchange and/or return

  • Write us an email to hola@rikury.com with the subject: product exchange or return, or write us a WhatsApp to: 941 449 777 
  • Place the order number, date and name and surname of the person who made the purchase.
  • If it is an exchange, please tell us the size, color or product you wish to exchange, and if there is any additional cost, this amount will have to be paid into our BCP or Interbank company account.
  • In the case of a refund, the money will be credited within an average of 30 business days to the card with which the purchase was made. If you wish for an immediate transfer to the customer's account, a 5% commission will be deducted from the card payment gateway.
  • In both cases, whether exchange or return, and We will send a courier to the indicated address and the cost of this shipment is assumed by the client, the amount is S/.20.00 to any area of ​​Lima.
  • In the case of changes and/or returns to provinces, the courier cost is S/ 30.00, to any city in Peru.
